The Factory Arts Promise is simple:
During our opening hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 to 17:00 GMT) we will respond to all enquiries within 1 hour.
Once we have investigated your request, we will:
- Tell you exactly how we can help
- Give you a deadline for the work to be completed
- Advise you of the full cost
- If we fail to complete the job to your satisfaction, on time - you will not be charged a penny!
We aim to deliver superior levels of service to our clients, with the Factory Arts promise. There are occasions however, when factors outside of our immediate control mean that deadlines are not met. These factors can include; problems with Internet connections, server and hosting downtime, delays in receiving content and images from clients, and being unable to contact the client if further information is requested.
If we are unable to meet the agreed deadline, due to any factor that is beyond our control, we will complete the job as quickly as we can and will still guarantee your complete satisfaction.
